We use information to provide and secure Clause, create and deliver contracts and signing requests, process subscriptions, communicate with you, prevent misuse, and improve the product.

We use carefully selected providers to operate Clause. These may process information on our behalf for hosting and databases, email delivery, file storage, authentication, and payments. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; Clause does not store full payment-card details.

We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect Clause and its users, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.

You can update your account and business information from Clause. You may request account deletion or ask privacy questions by contacting us. Contract owners are responsible for handling requests from their own recipients and signers.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide Clause, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
