Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a paid Clause subscription from the billing portal. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or believe there was a technical problem with your purchase, contact us and we will review the request.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that apply under applicable law.

The Free plan does not require payment. If you move from Pro to Free after your paid period ends, the Free plan's current usage limits and features will apply.

Include the email address on your Clause account and the relevant payment date when contacting billing support at support@clause.page. Do not send payment-card information by email.
